Dextrophobia

This anxiety disorder refers to the excessive fear of things that are on the right side of the body or that lie on the right. This is triggered by obsessive thoughts that suggest that bad things are happening on the right or on the right side.

The word comes from the Latin: dexter = right/right (side), phobos = fear.
