Verminophobia

Verminophobia (English: vermin = pest, vermin, worms, vermin) denotes the fear of vermin. Those affected have an irrational fear of all kinds of pests. These can be disease-carrying animals as well as viruses and bacteria. Those affected avoid any situation or place where they suspect these pests. In extreme cases, those affected also keep away from other people because they suspect such pests or bacteria or viruses in them.
