Activent
Activent is a membrane developed by Gore-Tex. This consists of overstretched polytetrafluoroethylene and polyurethane, which gives the membrane breathable and microporous properties.
Activent has a larger pore diameter and less thickness than ordinary Gore-Tex. Activent owes this fact to the overstretching of the membrane.
The material is not affected and it remains windproof. Activent is often used in disciplines that make you sweat, such as cross-country skiing, running and cycling.
