Thermoplastic granules

Thermoplastic granules are mainly used in the injection molding process for the mechanical and inexpensive manufacture of helmets. The unpainted versions consist of colored granulate. The helmet shells are usually made from one piece. The service life is about 4-5 years.

The painted versions of the helmets are of higher quality and also better protected against environmental influences. The durability of the helmets is extended again by up to 2 years. Modern thermoplastics are refined with chemical additives and thus become less brittle. They are also more resistant to UV rays, petrol vapors and environmental influences.
