Ripstop-fabric

Ripstop fabric is primarily made of nylon or polyester. The ripstop fabric can be recognized by the rake box structure, every few millimeters a stronger warp or weft thread runs through the fabric. If the material tears, the tear does not run unchecked through the entire surface, but stops at the stronger ripstop thread. This saves weight and still offers high stability.
