Primaloft

The soft and breathable microfiber Primaloft is used in high-quality insulation, for example in the clothing industry. The warmth level of Primaloft is roughly comparable to thin down products. The advantages of Prima Loft are very similar to down products: excellent insulation is achieved with a very low weight and an extremely small pack size of the products. The outer material is windproof and highly water-repellent.

Primaloft has the advantage over down that this synthetic fiber insulates very well even when wet. Primaloft dries very quickly because the fiber absorbs very little moisture. The advantages of Prima Loft are that the material is very durable and has a high resilience. This means that, for example, a jacket that has been packed up small for transport springs back into its original condition and is perfectly insulated.
