Infrastructure

The term infrastructure describes the presence of facilities, services and institutions that enable and guarantee public life. One speaks of a "good" infrastructure, for example, in the connection to local public transport or the range of kindergartens and schools. Shopping facilities or cultural and leisure activities are also assigned to the infrastructure.
