Funding

In the federal states there are different real estate subsidy programs for different projects in the field of construction and real estate. The real estate subsidies are usually granted as low-interest loans. However, there is no legal entitlement to funding. Income limits must also be observed.

Under certain circumstances, real estate subsidies for special energy saving measures can also be obtained. Funding could also be awarded for special construction work.
