Stainless steel

Stainless steel is a steel with a particularly high purity factor. They include steels which, through special manufacturing processes, excrete special components such as silicon or aluminum.

Stainless steel is only referred to as stainless steel if it contains at least 12% chromium. The choice of steel grades is enormous, one could even go so far as to say that there is a separate steel grade for every area of ??application.

Steel can be refined with the help of vanadium or nickel, for example, so that it can be adapted to its purpose as desired.
