Clay
Loam is a classic building material and consists of a mixture of sand, clay and silt. Clay has the property that it is very malleable when wet and becomes solid when it dries in the air. Clay has other positive properties that make it irreplaceable as a building material, for example clay stores heat and regulates humidity.
When processing clay, note that clay swells when water is added and shrinks as it hardens. Clay is mostly used in the interior construction of walls and ceilings.
