In addition to the classic Duden, the publishers offer 11 other reference works as part of the standard series \"The Duden in 12 volumes\". These range from pronunciation, style and grammar and foreign words and synonyms to quotations and idioms. The most important ones are also available on CD-ROM for the Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems. The powerful programs offer a uniform, user-friendly user interface for all plants. This enables a simultaneous search across all reference works.

The program of the Duden editors has grown steadily over the years. Today, this consists mainly of dictionaries, reference works and guidebooks on everything to do with the German language and written presentations. In addition to the dictionaries on CD-ROM for the 3 most important operating systems, Duden is also available on mobile platforms. This refers to electronic dictionaries that are created in cooperation with Casio and Sha. Since 2004 there have also been nine Duden factories for pocket-sized handhelds and mobile phones.

Dudenverlag has developed spelling correction software for error-free spelling when writing texts, presentations and e-mails on the PC. With its elaborate sentence analysis, the Duden corrector detects typing and spelling mistakes as well as grammatical errors. The current version can be integrated into all Microsoft Office and Microsoft programs. Since autumn 2006, the free office package \"OpenOffice.org\" and the \"Duden Korrektor Starterbox\" have continued to exist. Furthermore, the \"Duden Korrektor Jura\" is offered, a spell checker especially for legal and administrative language. Duden also supports products from Adobe, so there has been the \"Duden Corrector\" for Adobe FrameMaker since 2006 and since summer 2007 also for Adobe InDesing and InCopy in the Duden download shop.

The Duden editorial team at the Bibliographic Institute & F.A. Brockhaus AG in Mannheim works with a number of committees, offices and institutes, such as the Society for the German Language in Wiesbaden or the Institute for the German Language in Mannheim. In 3 elimination rounds, the general knowledge as well as the writing and research skills of the candidates are tested. In 2007/2008, a new record number of participants was recorded with over 2,300 young people.
