Twelve-year-old David dreams of exciting adventures in distant galaxies. Due to a fall in He loses consciousness in the forest and wakes up with surprise in another world. He must find out that meanwhile eight years have passed, but in contrast to the other people he has not aged is. In the meantime, NASA discovers him, who is keenly interested in him and his knowledge. He soon realizes that he has secret information about star maps of distant galaxies. David manages to contact the research spaceship that had kidnapped him. Finally he manages to escape with the UFO. Together with the on-board computer Max it is now a matter of bringing David back into his correct time line. But the attempt could cost David his life.
