Action:
The plight of humans, hobbits, elves and their allies seems hopeless in the face of Sauron`s overwhelming forces. Nazgûl and thousands of orcs attack Minas Tirith, the last human stronghold. Face the heavy losses the companions of the greatest battle of their lives. Meanwhile, the hobbits Frodo (Elijah Wood) and Sam (Sean Astin) fight each other slowly to the gloomy Mount Doom to destroy the one ring in the heart of Gondor and thus destroy Sauron`s power.
