In the mystical empire of Izmer, the magic elite oppress the common people. The evil Archmage Profion (Jermemy Irons), meanwhile wants to overthrow the liberal empress Savina (Thora Birch) so that he can seize control of the empire. To do this, he must obtain the Empress` magical scepter, which would give him power over golden dragons. Magic student Marina (Zoe McLellan), thieves Ridley (Justin Whalin) and Snails (Marlon Wayans) do everything they can to to thwart his plans. You go in search of the legendary "Rod of Savrille", because only with it can you they defeat Profion. On their way they have to face many dangers, because Profon`s assistants want to kill them.
