Twelve thousand years before our time in a distant land, war rages. The warlord Thulsa (James Earl Jones) has the entire Cimmerian tribe wiped out and kidnapped your children into slavery. Only one survives the torment, namely Conan (Arnold Schwarzenegger). After 15 years of slavery, Conan is freed. His body is muscled from the work and he swears revenge for the death of his parents. Conan is Arnold Schwarzenegger`s debut film, here he was allowed to flex his muscles for the first time. The film started a histeria for films with strength athletes, but no subsequent film came close to the original.
