Description

Despite its small size, the Pekingese is very brave and alert. Because of his strong jealousy, he should not be kept in households with children. The Pekingese has great intelligence and a lot of self-confidence. He needs a lot of attention from his master/mistress. The Pekingese requires relatively little exercise. His coat should be groomed regularly and intensively.
