Along with the Petit Brabançon, (Brabancon, Brabanter Griffon) and the Griffon Belge, the Griffon Bruxellois is the third breed in the group of Belgian pygmy griffons, all three of which can fall in one litter. All have rough hair with an undercoat. The hair is naturally harsh, slightly wavy and trimmed.
The Griffon Belge gets along well with children, making it a good family dog. He is also very reliable and gets along well with other dogs. He doesn't need a lot of exercise. His coat is also not very maintenance-intensive.
The Griffon Bruxellois is a good family dog that gets along very well with all members. He is a very good-natured and lively four-legged friend. He does not need a lot of exercise and can also be kept in smaller apartments. The coat should be brushed regularly.
