Parasitophobia

Parasitophobia (or parasite phobia) is a specific phobia and describes the pathologically excessive fear of predominantly animal parasites. The affected person avoids all places where he could come into contact with parasites.

The word is made up of: parasita (Latin) = parasite and phobos (Greek) = fear.
