V2A

V2A is a synonym for stainless steel. V2A is probably better known as Nirosta. V2A contains about 70% iron, 20% chromium, 8% nickel and a small amount of manganese, carbon and silicon.

V2A is also acid-resistant and can therefore be used very flexibly.

Nirosta is also referred to as V2A - 1.4301 and V2A - 1.4541 according to DIN.
