Verbs
The verb (also verb, verb, active word or conjugable word) designates a state or process, an activity or action with which the predicate of a sentence is formed.
Full verbs have a lexical meaning and can form the predicate on their own. Auxiliary advertisements serve to paraphrase verb forms. Modal verbs modify the content of another verb. After connecting the verbs in the sentence, one can also subdivide into absolute, relative and transitive verbs that require an accusative object. This becomes the subject when it is converted into the passive voice. Furthermore, the reflexive verbs that combine with a reflexive pronoun as an obligatory or optional complement.
In languages ??that change verbs morphologically, for example by inflecting or conjugating them, the individual verb forms can be classified according to certain categories. Different grammar schools use different paradigms.
